How We Met
Despite going through university together, our paths never really crossed. Luke was that student in lectures who sat at the front whilst Chloe sat at the back (or just didn't attend at all). Who knew all it took was one pharmacy student conference for us to finally speak.
Our Journey Together
Through a global pandemic, graduating university, pharmacy internships, and three Japan trips (with more underway), we're 6 years strong and ready to take this next step in our journey.
The Proposal
Chloe's Take
Fully convinced that I couldn't be surprised, Luke made it his mission to catch me off guard and he truly got me. He convinced me to go on a picnic "next weekend" and I thought I was clever for thinking it'll be the weekend coming. So, I planned to be ready one week early but instead, I was one week and one day off. My nails weren't even ready! He surprised me in front of our families and it was truly a night I won't forget.
Luke's Take
Once I got the all clear that I could propose in front of Chloe's family, I knew that's what I wanted to do. With the help from Chloe's parents and siblings, we successfully planned and executed Operation Surprise Chloe. And the hardest part about it all? Keeping Chloe's siblings from giving it away.
